Who we are

This website and account service is operated by Vision Auto Solutions Ltd, an auto-parts retailer in Kingston, Jamaica. This page explains what information we hold about you and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, email, phone number, and the vehicles you ask us to find parts for.
• Sign-in information: your password (kept only as an irreversible scrambled value, never in plain text), or, if you choose, a passkey (your fingerprint or face check happens on your own device and never reaches us) or your Google account email.
• Orders, quotes and loyalty points you create with us, and messages you send us.
• Basic technical information your browser sends (such as your network address) so the site works and stays secure.

How we use it

• To serve you: take and fulfil orders, give quotes, run your loyalty points, and answer your questions.
• To keep your account and our systems secure.
• To contact you about your orders and, only if you opt in, about offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, to send email or process a card payment) and only as needed, or where the law requires it.

Passkeys and Google sign-in

If you add a passkey, only a public key is stored with your account; your fingerprint, face or device PIN never leaves your device. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your verified email address and name from Google to match or create your account.

Your choices

You can see and update your details, add or remove passkeys, and sign out at any time from My Account. To have your account closed or your information removed, contact us at the phone or email above; we keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, tax and sales records).
